Fournier's syndrome is an uncommon malignant surgical infection involving the perineum and scrotum. Despite the use of broad spectrum antibiotics and aggressive surgical debridement the mortality is still high. It is still high. It is due to

infection of aerobic barteria and anaerobic bacteria.
